The Fraternity's strategic plan will allow Phi Kappa Tau to improve operations, chapters and programs.

Constant progress has taken place since the plan was initiated in May 2006. The Fraternity has moved from an environmental scan evaluating campus culture, to a membership survey, to five statements of action, to the development of operational initiatives by task forces.
