Alignment

• Communicate and reinforce the values and ideals of the Fraternity
• Reassess the governing documents that guide the Fraternity's policies and procedures
• Reinforce a culture of learning and achievement
• Ensure the continuity of leadership throughout the organization
• Facilitate discourse among members from different chapters, generations, time zones and personal backgrounds

Recruitment

• Present a more comprehensive and common membership development program
• Facilitate increased and more meaningful interaction across geography and generations
• Enable Phi Kappa Tau to further its mission and vision to a greater number of campuses through expansion
• Challenge chapters to a higher level of achievement through the Borradaile Challenge
• Recognize individual and chapter achievement

Leadership

• Energizes the Phi Kappa Tau Hall of Fame program to become an active group of speakers and special event guests
• Develop virtual communities of brothers who share common career and outside interests
• Share stories of leadership and achievement among the brotherhood
• Offer measured leadership development opportunities for undergraduates as well as graduate members
• Celebrate and acknowledge the less-public examples of leadership within membership
• Identify members as leaders through their participation in the Fraternity

Service

• Involve service in new member orientation
• Expand member volunteerism at the Hole in the Wall Camps
• Increase service opportunities at local campuses
• Bring greater awareness and recognition to philanthropic and service efforts of our membership

Education
